Initial Consultation
TCG School Services collaborates with each client to determine the best approach to present their value proposition within the K-12 marketplace. The tactics for each client differs based upon various factors such the maturity of the company, the level of service that they are seeking and the outcome anticipated.
We start with an information gathering session to gain an in-depth understanding of your product or solution and clearly understand your needs and growth plan. Then we conduct a market segmentation study designed to match you with the customers most likely to benefit from your product. Information for this study often includes:
- Past experience
- Areas of success
- Track record in the K-12 market
- Sectors of excitement and enthusiasm about your product in the marketplace
Based upon the information gathered during this first phase, we work with you to develop a list of appropriate prospects. These prospects will be drawn directly from TCG's primary book of business, but we will also work to identify other potential customers for your solution. Whichever approach we use, we will work with you to continually refine your list of prospects.
